Six Articles 1539

Who Wrote the Six Articles?
I have googled this question multiple times in different forms to no avail. The only answer I can even possibly come up with is Henry the Eighth. From what I have gathered, it was written in 1539 and was 6 points of medieval doctrine and practice which the Protestants had begun to assail, and imposed severe penalties on all who would not accept them.
Can someone please help direct me to who wrote the Six Articles written in 1539?
